Content Calibration and Go-To-Market for Million Member Trade Association
We brought Bandwidth in to consult for The Strategy & Innovation Team at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) to support transitioning a current two day annual event to an always on learning model. This work included a new verbal identity, new ICPs and Personas and a Go-To-Market approach Go-To-Market plan for the Innovation, Opportunity, & Investment program allowing us to strategically expand our audience and engagement.
Bandwidth guided us to rethink what we are doing, what we want to do, and what the consumer of our program might want. This was eye opening and provided us the opportunity to elevate into something we wouldn’t have imagined without their support.
This effort involved a lot of buy-in from different stakeholders and Bandwidth provided unbelievable support on the best way to communicate change internally, allowing for a much smoother transition. Without this guidance, I don’t think we would have made as much progress as we did.
