Bandwidth came in and both demonstrated an elevated level of expertise that quickly established trust within key stakeholders in the project and also elevated the quality of the discussions.
We are in the early stages of rolling out the outcomes of our Verbal Identity work produced by Bandwidth, but it has already been dramatic and wide-reaching. We are in the process of briefing our PR firm on the new boilerplate positioning and recently were able to get this adopted with a newly formed European team that ultimately wanted to stand up their own platform messaging. Within 3 months of this project, our entire US, Canada and European operations will have a unified boilerplate messaging platform that will be the base for all future external communications.
We have spent years debating the very topic that Bandwidth was able to come in and help us solve. Every leader in the org (both within Marketing and C-Suite) had a different opinion on the “answer” and as such our brand suffered. Bandwidth was able to come in and through a series of subtle (and some not-so-subtle) nudges, force us to really answer tough questions about our business and how we want to position ourselves. It was the first time in my 2.5 years that I felt we came to a clear consensus on a messaging platform and that was due to the elevated executive presence and quality work that Bandwidth was able to deliver.
